Refund policy

  • Returns: You have 3 days from the day your package is delivered to request a return.

  • Refunds: Once we get your item back, we will process your refund within 5 days.

How to Start a Return (Within 3 Days)

Because we keep our inventory fresh and moving fast, we have a tight 3-day return window starting from the day your tracking link says "Delivered."

To be eligible for a return, please make sure:

  1. The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

  2. It is in its original packaging with all the tags still attached.

To start your return: Just drop us an email at mazakarts@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong. We’ll send over the steps on where to ship your package.

📝 Note: Unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake, you'll just need to cover the cost of the return shipping label.

Getting Your Money Back (Refunds within 5 Days)

Once your return lands back at our HQ, our team will give it a quick check to make sure everything is good to go.

If approved, we will process your refund straight back to your original payment method within 5 days of receiving it. We'll send you an email the second it's done!

Friendly reminder: While we push the refund through in 5 days, your bank or credit card company might take a few extra business days to actually show the money in your account.

Damaged, Broken, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we accidentally sent you the wrong thing entirely—we are so incredibly sorry!

Please email us within your 3-day window at mazakarts@gmail.com with a quick photo of the issue. We will fast-track a replacement or a full refund for you, and we'll cover the shipping costs to fix it.
